Senior C++ Windows Developer

Summary.
Siber Systems sells two exciting products directly to consumers and Enterprise customers. RoboForm is a popular password manager and form filler that allows users to log into websites and web applications using a single master password. GoodSync is a fast and easy-to-use-file backup and synchronization program. Our software is highly acclaimed and has received numerous accolades including PC Magazine Editor's Choice, CNET's Best Software of the Year, and PC World.s 25 Products We Can't Live Without.

We are looking for Senior Software Developers.

Requirements.
* At least 3 years of experience in C++ development.
* At least B. Sc. or comparable university degree.
* C++ systems programming.
* Must know Win32 API, COM, ATL or learn it quickly.
* Windows GUI development a big plus.
* MSHTML and IE internals a big plus.
* Firefox internals a big plus.

Duties and Responsibilities.
* Develop new features for RoboForm and/or GoodSync.
* Analyze customer requirements and write specifications for it.
* Work independently with minimal supervision on large sub-projects.

Senior Mac Developer

Summary.
We are looking for an individual who will port Siber Systems software titles GoodSync and RoboForm to Mac.

Responsibilities.
Port GoodSync and/or RoboForm from Windows to Mac.

Requirements.
* C++ or Objective C,
* Mac OS APIs,
* Mac UI design,
* Browser integration a big plus.
* Must have experience in large C++ software projects on Mac.

Software Sales Account Executive

We are looking for a Software Sales Account Executive with prior Small to Medium size business software sales. We need someone willing to work hard for a fast growing company, be compensated for it and help take our company to the next level.

The Software Sales Account Executive provides software sales focus to new and existing accounts. Through prospecting, lead follow-up and existing software customers, the SSAE discovers critical business issues driving software requirements. The SSAE has an ability to understand the big picture and successfully positions solution strategies, product demonstrations and presentations appropriately. The SSAE works with other Software team members and must be able to give hands-on demos of our software. Gathers competitive data from the client landscape and crafts product positioning with Product Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities.
Building upon our recent successful software sales track record, the SSAE will promote and sell our best of breed software products primarily to Small and Medium sized businesses. Assist in management of the sales pipeline and maintain a client reference database for our software.

We work primarily with inbound sales leads; as such you will prospect, generate and cultivate new business, and close deals based on these inbound leads by effectively communicating a unique value proposition. There will be some direct responsibility for the identification, contact, qualification and development of viable new/existing accounts (outbound leads) for our software products and services to meet a specific sales target. Responsible for the initiation and arrangement of software product demonstrations as needed. Maintains knowledge required for detailed product demonstration and customized presentations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle. Through a consultative approach, persuade customer to make a decision/recommendation for Siber.s products. Gather product enhancements requests and provide formal feedback to marketing and development teams. Gather competitive strategies and prepare effective counterstrikes.

Additional responsibilities may include:
Create and revise marketing materials and sales collateral using Microsoft Office products and Adobe (PDFs).

Execute direct marketing/lead follow-up via email

Requirements

The successful candidate will have three to five years proven track record of selling software to all sized companies with a proven track record of exceeding quota objectives.

Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers required with strong presentation preparation and delivery skills. Proven talent for making effective warm and cold calls to target companies with expertise to develop relationships from call or networking activity. Ability to develop rapport and a relationship with people of diverse personalities, backgrounds and job descriptions.

Effective at ascertaining client critical business issues and matching needs with our software products/services, and devising strategy with prospects and clients Ability to effectively learn technical products, services and solutions and readily apply new knowledge required. Proficiency in Windows based applications (WORD, EXCEL and Power Point) and database structure is highly preferred. Prior experience with SalesForce and Acrobat Professional software a strong plus.

Client-focused; comfortable and professional when talking to customers.

Highly organized with the ability to develop procedures to ensure efficiency of efforts and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to manage sales pipeline effectively. Entrepreneurial attitude: self-motivated, self-directed.

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of sales or sales management experience.
