Online and Social Media Marketing Specialist
The Online Marketing Specialist will work directly with the VP of Marketing and wear many hats. The candidate will be responsible for online marketing campaign management, execution, optimization, and growth. This candidate will also be responsible for evangelizing our software on the Internet with a strong focus on growth through social networks. The candidate will also need to be creative and show the ability to think outside the box when it comes to new online marketing campaigns and creative ideas.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve effectiveness of existing campaigns and partnerships to effectively reach company growth and acquisition cost goals. Monitor, analyze, recommend and implement strategies to improve key performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, average order size and ROI.
- Evangelize RoboForm, GoodSync and other products through social media including Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc. Employ guerilla marketing tactics to actively engage potential new users outside our web properties.
- Monitor reviews and mentions of our software throughout the web and serve as a company voice to promote and respond to active discussions.
- Write, engage in the conversation, and post messaging based upon overall marketing plans.
- Manage tracking, reporting, and analysis of marketing. Summarize metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive direction based upon data.
- Constantly evaluate campaigns and partnerships to achieve the most favorable terms and results.
- Work with the management team to craft page content to effectively promote our software. Manage the testing of website changes and enhancements related to usability, functions/features, and custom interface, that directly impact consumer download and purchase behavior.
- Manage current Reseller and Affiliate Programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field.
- 2-3 years of consumer marketing experience, including experience in developing, implementing and measuring online marketing initiatives; experience in software marketing preferred.
- A thorough understanding of the social media universe including: Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, StumbleUpon, Delicious, Digg, Reddit, Flickr, Twitter, Wikis, blogs…
- Experience with the development and execution of social networking strategies as well as writing and managing blogs.
- Should be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational abilities, and be capable of handling multiple projects and campaigns.
- Must be creative, adaptive and achievement-oriented.
- A solid understanding of the Internet as it relates to sales and marketing, i.e. paid search, SEO, affiliates, etc. This position requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, get into the details quickly, and hit the ground running.

International Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Identify and close new international channels and/or strategic partners to promote the company’s products.
- Negotiate partner agreements and relationships to create win-win deals.
- Track performance of initiatives versus monthly and annual metrics.
- Oversee PR agency relationships in assigned markets. Ensure agencies perform as strategic partners in driving business growth.
- Assist with managing search marketing campaigns in select regions. Develop keyword strategies, manage bids, and optimize campaigns.
- Identify and close new marketing opportunities. Manage budgets and achieve target metrics for campaign efficiencies. Achieve market new customer acquisition goals and achieve CPA targets for subscriber acquisition.
- Serve as the leader in championing consumer insight to internal and external colleagues. Develop a strong insight on customer targets, product adoption and usage and associated messaging/positioning. Understand uniqueness of different markets around the world and adapt programs to reflect local nuances.
Requirements.
- 5-7+ years of marketing or business development experience with significant International exposure. Prior software experience a very strong plus.
- Ability to speak at least one European language, preferably German.
- Demonstrated excellence in business relationship-building skills.
- Thorough understanding of market research, data collection and analysis.

Software Sales Account Executive
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Building upon our recent successful software sales track record, the SSAE will promote and sell our best of breed software products to small, medium and large Enterprises.
- Assist in management of the sales pipeline and maintain a client reference database for our software.
- Prospect, generate and cultivate new business, and close deals by effectively communicating a unique value proposition to CXOs and senior IT staff.
- Direct responsibility for the identification, contact, qualification and development of viable new/existing accounts (outbound leads) for our software products and services to meet specific sales targets.
- Responsible for the initiation and arrangement of software product demonstrations as needed. Maintains knowledge required for detailed product demonstration and customized presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle. Through a consultative approach, persuade customer to make a decision/recommendation for Siber’s products.
- Gather product enhancements requests and provide formal feedback to marketing and development teams. Gather competitive strategies and prepare effective counterstrikes.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Create and revise marketing materials and sales collateral using Microsoft Office products and Adobe (PDFs).
- Execute direct marketing/lead follow-up via email.
Requirements.
- The successful candidate will have at least three to five years proven track record of selling software to all sized companies with a proven track record of exceeding quota objectives. Experience selling SSO, backup or security software is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers required with strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
- Proven talent for making effective warm and cold calls to target companies with expertise to develop relationships from call or networking activity.
- Ability to develop rapport and a relationship with people of diverse personalities, backgrounds and job descriptions.
- Effective at ascertaining client critical business issues and matching needs with our software products/services, and devising strategy with prospects and clients.
- Ability to effectively learn technical products, services and solutions and readily apply new knowledge required.
- Proficiency in Windows based applications (WORD, EXCEL and Power Point) and database structure is highly preferred. Prior experience with SalesForce and Acrobat Professional software a strong plus.
