Yes I got one in the end of August in Chicago.
I have H-1B status and as the INS receptionist explained
to her aide "he is automatically eligible".
A letter from my employer (employment verification),
original of the I-797 "blue paper" , original I-94
and sophisticated INS-format photos (3 pc.) were
required.

The paper is valid for 2 month.

The direct fee is $65.00 to the INS.
Allow at least $8.00 for the photos
($20.00 if done in specialized photo-shops,
parasyting on the complex INS rules for photos).
The legal paperwork consists of 3 more supporting
forms and you may wish to hire a lawyer to do
that for you (should cost around $100.00).

The regular term for issuing the Parole is 36 hours.
But when I showed my plane tickets and explained
that I am going to miss my flight to Amsterdam, they
did it in 3 hours or so.
